Description

To create effective process documentation you must know what information to capture and how to go about doing so. This seminar provides you with the knowledge capture guidelines that conform to the method that is built into the TaskMap software. Capturing processes by following these guidelines will produce simple, effective and fully detailed process maps.

Courses are limited to 10 attendees to maintain a more effective learning environment.
