Guaranteed Process Improvement Service

How efficient are your core business processes? Harvard Computing Group (HCG) will document and analyze one of your key processes (Sales, Marketing, Support, Training, Information Technology, Project Management or Development Lifecycle Management) using TaskMap® Professional and guarantees a 10% improvement, which can translate to thousands of dollars in savings!

How it works: HCG will supply a preformatted spreadsheet that you will use to provide essential data about your current process. If you have existing flowcharts, please provide those as well. An HCG consultant will document and analyze your process, publish it to the web, then discuss our proposed improvements with you.

What is offered: A guarantee to improve one of your existing processes by a minimum of 10%. The improvement will be quantified in one or more of the following areas:

  • Savings in cost and time to train your staff and communicate how your process should be followed
  • Reduction of time for tasks and/or elapsed time between tasks
