We take a two-stage approach to Process Improvement. First, we conduct a three-way analysis of the existing processes, then we run a major Business Process Improvement Workshop to identify large opportunities for change and efficiency.

Methodolology
HCG uses a Continuous Process Improvement model based on the six steps listed below. In the Analysis and Improvement phases, the following areas are identified.
- Analysis – A detailed review of existing processes for opportunities for improvements in efficiency, quality and understanding.
- Improvement – Development of ROI opportunities, research and quantification and facilitation of Change Management workshop to ensure the right opportunities are selected for deployment.
