Coaching is becoming one of the fastest growth segments, particularly in the current economic situation. HCG offers a number of coaching options to help you improve skills in your industry segment.

Individual coaching

This includes a complete one year Process Passport with individual access to 4 of our most popular training courses. You may take these courses any time over the course of 1 year.

Process Passport

In addition HCG consultants are available to you for up to one hour per month for the following activities.

  • Review of existing process maps for quality and formatting
  • Q and A for your process project or Business Process Management questions
  • Assistance and guidance with conversion of existing processes into TaskMap and Visio format

Enterprise coaching

Coaching for your entire team is available tailored exactly to your needs. Packages include:

  • Onsite training and coaching sessions
  • 24 hour guaranteed response to your process project or Business Process Management questions
